Two of our employees, Leah and Caleb, were selected as the Pee Dee's Best and Brightest under 35 by B2B: Pee Dee Business Magazine. Leah and Caleb are hard-working, dedicated employees that are shining stars both at the library and in the community.
Leah is a recent graduate of FMU. She was an intern with us in our SC room, and impressed us so much that we brought her on as an employee after graduation. In the short time she's been here, she's already established herself- she works in reference, maintains our law library, is one of our staff writers, and has plans to get her masters in librarianship.
Caleb has worked for Florence County Library for almost 10 years, he's a pillar of our children's department, supervisor of our Bookmobile program, and hosts several of our most popular programs, including Pokemon Club and D & D Club.
