Kid’s e-Reading Room

Kid's e-Reading RoomDue to overwhelming demand, we have added a Kid’s e-Reading Room to our Jasmine Digital Library. This is a new service especially for parents worried about some of the more adult e-book and audiobook holdings in Jasmine or ones that want more targeted searching for their children. The new site gives the normal subject browsing but also offers the ability to filter juvenile e-books by Interest, ATOS, Lexile, and Reading Level.

Education doesn’t just begin when a child reaches kindergarten– it begins at birth.

Over the years The School Foundation has prided itself on supporting and contributing to Florence School District 1′s K-12 teachers and students. With the creation of the Start SMART program, we’ve added a brand new goal– assisting parents in preparing their children for kindergarten.

Virtual Storytimes

For those of our patrons who can’t make our normal storytimes, we present prerecorded videos of our children’s staff reading several different books that you can access through our new YouTube channel.
